A Spotlight on our Client Success Manager - Tamy Kentouris

For the past 2 and a half years, Tamy Kentouris has played a crucial role as one of our Client Success Managers on our Client Strategy team. She is extremely hardworking, reliable, and always willing to lend a helpful hand. Tamy manages day-to-day requests from our clients, meets with their point of contact, and proactively handles any service ticket escalations or questions that may arise. Her primary focus is to ensure that Lloyd is supporting our clients in every way we can.

As Client Success Manager, Tamy’s day begins by checking in to align with her Client Strategy team and connecting with our Service Delivery team. Throughout the day, she takes calls from our clients to address and resolve any escalations and answer account-related questions. Tamy works with all centers at Lloyd to manage requests and ensure our clients receive the high level of service we promise to deliver. When asked what her favorite part of her job is, Tamy says, “I love helping people! Being the ‘go to’ for our clients is always a very rewarding feeling.

Tamy’s Story

I have spent the past 7 years working with Managed Services Providers as an Account Manager and Client Success Manager. Now, going on almost 3 years with Lloyd, I’m looking forward to continuing to grow so I can be as successful as I can to help our clients.

What makes you good at what you do?

My organizational skills help me stay on track, along with my commitment to helping others and my dedication to get clients what they need.

What are the contributing factors to your success since joining Lloyd?

My team and the people at Lloyd have helped me in my success. My team members push me to go out of my comfort zone and help me grow in my position. I can always count on them!

What do you love about being a Lloydian?

My favorite thing about being a Lloydian is the collaboration and how we all work together to be successful. Everyone is always willing to help each other out.

What makes Lloyd different?

The culture! It’s so great to be able to connect with Lloydians in a professional way but also a personal one. Every time we get together, it always puts a smile on my face.

How do you relate to one of Lloyd’s core values? (Be Human. Be Accountable. Be Better.)

I relate to all of Lloyd’s core values in my professional and personal life, but I’d say I relate most to “Be Human.” When connecting with clients or fellow Lloydians, being human and understanding always goes a long way. It helps build relationships and provides insight on who we are as people. Building those connections always helps strengthen a partnership!

I’ve been lucky enough to live in the city for a few years now and take full advantage! I really enjoy exploring new areas of the city and am always on the lookout for a great restaurant. I also love live music, so you can definitely catch me at a concert! When I’m not trying to find the best spots, I really like to cook and experiment with different types of recipes. There is always some friendly competition around who makes the best dishes here at Lloyd! Traveling and exploring new cities is also a passion of mine. I love to visit my family overseas and hope to experience many more cultures during my travel endeavors.
