As Principal Consultant, Chad holds a crucial role as part of our Client Strategy team. Implementing a robust IT plan while optimizing the client experience requires profound insight, vigilant consideration, and a well-constructed and executed strategy; something we know Chad fully understands. His top priority is the strategic growth of his entrusted clients. With an immediate goal of building trusted relationships, Chad will guide the evolution process of our clients’ technology platforms and ensure consistent satisfaction.

With over 10 years of related experience, Chad has a shared vision of cultivating the ultimate client experience and providing first class service. His expertise in the IT industry covers varying responsibilities from business analyst, IT lead, and project management. His career began with the Management Consulting firm Accenture and transitioned to the business management aspect within the healthcare industry (including Cigna and Lumeris). Chad has extensive experience owning relationships with C-level executives and implementing tools and programs to serve their business aims. Chad holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems and Technology along with a minor in Engineering and Leadership and it shows! His current mission may be to determine how to best leverage new and existing solutions, but his ultimate priority is spending time with his two children and getting in as much physical activity as possible.
