Our process to assemble a comprehensive Technology Assessment is as follows:
- Onsite Interview. Conduct an onsite interview with key employees to gather information on business processes, future plans, general network topology, and specific pains or areas of focus.
- Network Audit. Complete a comprehensive technology audit, logging into all equipment and documenting configuration, services installed, logs, and all other pertinent information. When applicable, we analyze and document IT workflow and incident management.
- Develop the Assessment Deliverable. Lloyd Group’s skilled engineers and consultants meet internally to review the results of the interview and network audit. The assessment deliverable includes findings, analysis, prioritized recommendations and budgeting information on every aspect of your technology environment from equipment to support.
- Presentation. Lloyd Group will present our findings to your management team and review the Assessment document in detail. The Assessment deliverable is yours to keep and use however you want.
