Profile: 50 person Real Estate firm identifies, acquires, and develops underperforming real estate to maximize its value. They own and manage several buildings and are constantly researching new opportunities.
Challenge: Building Management firms typically do not integrate each of their buildings: building managers and administrators are not able to work together and share data between sites making it impossible to function efficiently. They often plan to add new buildings to their portfolio but are not able to effectively budget and plan for these additions. They also have no control over where each of the buildings store their data and are not confident that it is being backed up in a secure, effective manner.
Solution: Lloyd Group designs and implements centralized technology solutions for our real estate clients. All critical business data and applications are stored at one primary location while other buildings and management offices access that data through a secure, remote desktop solution. Since the data is stored centrally, Lloyd Group is able to install our managed backup solution to send data images to offsite facilities. Each building has a standard setup so our Real Estate clients can properly budget for their anticipated growth.
