Format all your Excel Worksheets at once

Last week, we showed you how to print multiple worksheets at once. You may have noticed that each worksheet retains its own formatting. To standardize formatting across all worksheets within a workbook, follow the steps below:

  • Click on a worksheet (denoted by the tab on the lower left of the screen)
  • Hold the CTRL button
  • Click on all the worksheets that you want the formatting changed
  • Release the CTRL button, and make the necessary changes which will apply to all selected worksheets
For example, you can now go to File > Page Setup and change the page orientation of all worksheets from Portrait to Landscape.

If you found this tip useful, why not forward to a friend or colleague?

If you have an idea for a future “Tip of the Week” or any other feedback, drop us a line at marketing@lloydgroup.com, we’d love to hear from you!
