Last week, we showed you how to print multiple worksheets at once. You may have noticed that each worksheet retains its own formatting. To standardize formatting across all worksheets within a workbook, follow the steps below:
- Click on a worksheet (denoted by the tab on the lower left of the screen)
- Hold the CTRL button
- Click on all the worksheets that you want the formatting changed
- Release the CTRL button, and make the necessary changes which will apply to all selected worksheets
For example, you can now go to File > Page Setup and change the page orientation of all worksheets from Portrait to Landscape.
If you found this tip useful, why not forward to a friend or colleague?
