While working in Excel, it is not uncommon to work with multiple worksheets (denoted by the tabs in the lower left of the screen) within a single file. The File > Print command will print only the open worksheet. To print all the worksheets at once:
- Go to File
- Click on Print
- Under the Print What option, select Entire workbook
- Click OK
