The Format Painter is a great tool that allows you to copy and apply formatting styles throughout a document.
|
- Select the formatted text that you want to copy
- Click on the Format Painter icon

- Click or highlight the text that needs to be modified
To apply formatting to multiple sections of your document, simply double-click on the Format Painter icon, click or highlight the sections that you want modified and hit Esc when you're done.
