The Lloyd Group, Inc Acquires Greenhouse IT, LLC

New York City, NY. April 1, 2011 The Lloyd Group, Inc. (Lloyd), one of the Northeast's largest technology firms, today announced its acquisition of Greenhouse IT, LLC (GIT), a New York City-based technology service provider. The agreement will expand Lloyd s existing business and marks the organization's second acquisition since 2002.

Founded in 2006 by Christopher Zawacki and Simon Binder, GIT has developed a solid client base and talented team in New York City. The firm provides managed services to the Small and Medium Sized Business (SMB) Community. Serving multiple industries, GIT's client base will become part of the Lloyd Group network, adding the majority of its accounts to Lloyd's client portfolio. The Lloyd Group will also add all GIT employees to its team.

The acquisition is part of Lloyd's long-term growth strategy and commitment to bringing the benefits of scale to its clients and stakeholders while maintaining the levels of intimacy core to its values. Along with its geographic expansion into Connecticut, New Jersey, Philadelphia and Delaware, and the deployment of an array of new services, including a highly successful Private Cloud offering, Lloyd intends to aggressively explore opportunities for acquisitions similar in size and scope to GIT.
