Lloyd Group Completes its First Capital Raise

In January of 2011 The Lloyd Group completed its first capital raise. Lloyd intends to use this new capital to fund organic growth through continued development of new services and solutions,   expansion into new geographies, and an aggressive merger and acquisition strategy.
