  • Application Training.  All Lloyd Group clients have access to an online training tool called Lloyd Learning.  Lloyd Learning is a self-paced website that offers tutorials on all major Microsoft products like Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as some financial applications like Quickbooks.  Training is available for beginners or accelerated users and can be accessed anytime.
  • 24x7 Helpdesk and Onsite Support.  Highly talented and customer focused engineers are logged into our call queue 24 hours a day and are industry certified in issue resolution and escalation processes.  We have engineers available for dispatch to your site at a moment’s notice if needed.
  • 24x7 Network Monitoring.  We use enterprise level technology to constantly scan your system and alert our team if there are any issues, day or night.  This system also allows us to be proactive and will warn us of any potential problems so we can resolve them before issues occur.  We have engineers working while you sleep; if a problem arises overnight, we take all possible steps to resolve it before the business day starts.
  • Patching and Critical Update Deployment.  As major software and application vendors such as Microsoft release updates to their software and hardware, Lloyd Group deploys those updates seamlessly and without interrupting your business.
