Adam L. Eiseman

Adam Lloyd Eiseman founded Lloyd Group on June 12, 1995. Mr. Eiseman oversees the strategic vision and direction of the company. He is responsible for generating new business, maintaining existing client and partner relationships, fostering team work within the firm, and planning and guiding overall growth.
Mr. Eiseman prides himself on operating a company that is defined by a culture fueled with strong work ethic and values, employee morale and the highest possible level of service to the dynamic community that comprises the Lloyd Group. He is a firm believer in operating a family values-based work environment and makes it a priority to ensure that the ethos of the company and its values and beliefs are upheld at all times.
Heavily involved in the business community, he frequently speaks at events and is involved with the Young Presidents Organization (YPO), where he is a member of the New York City and NJ Chapters, serves on the New York City Chapter Board and YPO Internatonal IT Network Committee, and Chairs the YPO International Annual Thanksgiving Event in New York.
Mr. Eiseman was a member of Vistage for over six years, EO for nine years, currently serves on the Advisory Board of Cloupia, and has served on a number of other Advisory Boards, including Ingram Micro’s VentureTech Advisory Council, the Cisco Commercial Channel Advisory Board, Cisco's Managed Services and IPC Sub-Councils.
A strong believer in continuing education, Mr. Eiseman is a Study Group Leader and multiple year participant in the Harvard Business School President’s Seminar.
Under his direction, Lloyd Group has garnered distinguished honors such as inclusion to the Inc. 500 list of America's Fastest Growing Companies for 2001, 2002 and 2003. He is A+, MCP, MCP+I and MCSE certified and earned a B.S. in Accounting from Adelphi University.
Married, with two children, Mr. Eiseman lives outside of Princeton, New Jersey.
