Vice President, Operations
As Vice President of Operations for Lloyd Group, Mr. Lupi oversees all day-to-day operational activities. He monitors all of Lloyd’s products and services as well as managing employee and client satisfaction. Mr. Lupi also facilitates the growth of the firm by enhancing operational efficiency, supervising technology advancement and new offering development, and developing client training programs.
Prior to joining Lloyd Group, Mr. Lupi was Vice President of Network Operations for InfoHighway Communications, a provider of hosted and managed communications solutions for businesses in the Northeastern United States. In this capacity he was responsible for all operational aspects of VoIP and Internet services for InfoHighway’s 15,000 customers while managing 65 employees in 3 states.
Previous to his time at InfoHighway Mr. Lupi was an installation and testing technician for high capacity DWDM systems at Lucent Technologies. He began his career in the United States Navy as a communications technician.
